很久以前經過的一間店，店名很普通，但對有機食品或養生有興趣的人，都會為之眼睛一亮，“高纖饅頭 ”。為何為想到它呢？其實是早餐的問題，吃了一陣子白土司夾薑燒肉和生菜，一方面不健康，要煎肉，油又多；突然想起了這一間“高纖饅頭 ”，就騎了腳踏車過去買，才知道要先預訂，隔天取貨，每天清晨現做；而我呢！早餐就吃一個全麥的堅果饅頭，別看饅頭不大，長寬高=8:6:5 cm，我可以慢慢的吃，一個吃了快10mins，細嚼慢嚥，真正吃出它的味道來，不管是核桃、南瓜子、葵瓜子、葡萄乾等，最特別的是它不添加人工色素及防腐劑，這才是現代人應該吃的東西，真正的健康；講到慢食，除了在當兵期間需要吃的快以外，其實後來出社會後，我的飲食習慣就變了，吃飯特別慢~ 呵 呵這可苦了和我一起吃飯的人了，幾乎每一個人都要等我，當然我也要承受那應別人沒給但卻無形中產生的壓力，不自覺得的也會吃的更快一些；每當我在吃東西時，常常想，是因為生活的步驟變快或只是為了節省時間所以吃東西要很快呢！我卻以為要真正品嚐食物的味道，卻是要「慢」，從慢嚼，讓牙齒嚼碎食物，讓唾液充分和食物混合，其間可以感受到天然食材真正的味道，既然食物是人維特生命的必要條件之一，那麼就讓「吃」不只是「吃」，還可以透過味蕾享受大自然給予不同食材的豐富感受。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;今天要講的又是一個充滿怨念的故事．．&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;話說幾個禮拜前，R就已經跟我提過桃園南崁有一家很有名的麵包店，叫野上麵包，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;麵包師傅是日本人，待過日本木村屋（註）、Donq等知名西點烘培店家，是十年以上的法國麵包職人，這家麵包店據說很受歡迎，連台北的貴婦們都要專程下來桃園買。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;（註：銀座最有名的麵包店，招牌是紅豆麵包）&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;R有一天曾經自己兜去南崁找這家麵包店，但當天回來的反應是相當失望，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;因為去了發現怎麼整家店架上空蕩蕩的，只剩下土司、餐包之流，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;哪裡有什麼讓人垂涎的法國麵包？&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;hr align="center" width="100%" size="2" /&gt;  &lt;p&gt;就在前一天，R參加了法式甜點可麗露（canel���）的教作課程，請來的老師正是這位野上師傅，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;於是今晨起了個大早（其實也十點了），就想悠悠哉哉的前往這家店買點麵包，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;再找家咖啡店享受一個週日上午的Brunch，一切的計畫聽起來是這麼的美妙啊～&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;約莫十點四十分我們開車抵達目的地，心想今天總該吃得到法國麵包了吧！&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;孰知幾公尺前車還沒停好，就看到門口這副光景，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;當場髒話真的脫口而出&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;「靠ｘ，怎麼會排成這樣？這什麼麵包店啊？」&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;門口告示牌寫著：由於今日發酵較慢，十一點開門，請見諒&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;我們在車上楞了一分鐘，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;「怎麼辦？到底要不要排？」&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;「算了，來了都來了，還有二十分鐘，想看看門開了以後到底怎麼回事。」&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;這是門口的大玻璃窗，此時隱約還可以看得到店裡麵包數量就跟一般麵包店差不多，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;也不過就十來種，每種十幾個．．但是算了算排在我們之前的人龍，心中隱隱一股擔憂潮水般襲來．．&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;看這玻璃窗，又讓我覺得，作麵包能做到這種程度，還沒開門就大排長龍，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;那真是對這個職業的最高敬意了，這面窗應該就是師傅眼中最好的風景吧！？&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;hr align="center" width="100%" size="2" /&gt;  &lt;p&gt;十一點五分，令人擔心的事發生了，大門一開，人龍頓時往前擠壓，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;我們還在後面的隊伍之中，透過玻璃窗看到前面的人，瞬間拿了盤子、夾子，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;就跟以前綜藝節目某個到大賣場限時大搬家的單元一樣，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;有人一下子就夾了一堆可麗露，法國麵包，把盤子堆得滿滿的．．&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.wretch.cc/album/show.php?i=flyingdog&amp;amp;b=223&amp;amp;f=1523185590.jpg"&gt;&lt;img title="clip_image004" style="border-right: 0px;  &lt;p&gt;我回頭一看R的臉整個已經皺起來了，只差沒有哭出來，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;「早知道不要排，還沒有比這種眼睜睜看著麵包消失在眼前的感覺痛苦．．．」&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;先前擬定：R主攻法國麵包，我包抄可麗露的作戰計畫毫無用武之地，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;當我們進門時，可麗露早已經被夾光了（請想像幾根夾子在空中爭奪可麗露的情景）&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;慌亂之間，我搶到最後兩片起司薄餅其中一片，R只能死命伸手搶到一包----&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;土司。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;在我們後面的人真的只能看到什麼抓什麼了，連土司、甜餐包都無一倖免，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;我多想拍下還在我們後面的幾位客人上門的時候臉上錯愕的表情，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;那個無言的瞬間，噢！那一定能得普立茲獎。&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;這就是傳說中的可麗露，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;在法國，皮脆心軟的可麗露，據說才會被波爾多的「可麗露公會」所認可，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;做失敗的話，皮不夠脆，心不夠軟，可能會被否決喔！&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;（不過可以考慮來台灣碗粿公會申請認證）&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&lt;a href="http://www.wretch.cc/album/show.php?i=flyingdog&amp;amp;b=223&amp;amp;f=1523185609.jpg"&gt;&lt;img title="clip_image016" style="border-right: 0px;  &lt;p&gt;這棍子麵包也相當的美味，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;我個人最怕那種外皮硬到刮嘴的法國麵包，但這外皮酥脆但不硬，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;柔嫩的內心，不塗奶油嚼起來已自成一種芳香，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;剛出爐的又熱烘烘，真是無上享受啊！&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;hr align="center" width="100%" size="2" /&gt;  &lt;p&gt;秒殺麵包店的災民掠奪式氣氛，沒親眼目賭大概很難體會，&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;不過這樣的盛況，就是對職人畢生鍛鍊的技術一種最崇高的致敬吧～&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;INFO&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;野上麵包&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;桃園縣蘆竹鄉（南崁）南平街58號&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;(下次看到我們也排隊，記得分一點給我們啊啊啊～～～)&lt;/p&gt;
